Our Center City client is looking for several bilingual customer service representatives. Must have Associates or Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience in public utilities/energy. Must be bilingual (English-Spanish)!!!

Duties include: resolving issues regarding enrollment in company's service, explaining products to prospective customers, handling customer complaints, etc. All interested candidates must be proficient in MS Office.
