Early stage registered investment advisor has well-established platform, clearing relationships, and is ready to build out. Looking for investment professionals - , fee-based brokers or independent RIAs for principal position (or grow into). Must have a portable book of accounts ($25-50 million, or higher), must have a planning orientation, perform asset allocation and diversification, business development focus (not pure transaction type), and be tech savvy. Alternative investments experience a plus. Good energy and goals. Licenses: 65, L&H, CFP, CFA would all be pluses (can't hang a Series 7, not a broker-dealer). Good networking person, in it for the long term. Beautiful financial district offices with Bay views. Will be offered equity stake after hitting asset threshhold, will finance buy-in with revenue stream. Principals come from top firms. Great oppty!
