PPG Architectural Coatings services the North American coatings industry across three channels. We operate 400+ retail stores, sell to over 2000 dealers and supply product to large home improvement retailers, such as Lowe's.
Within our stores we offer a wide range of paint products and sundries we sell to industry, builders, contractors and home owners. Through regional brands such as Pittsburgh Paints, Porter Paints and Monarch we have built strong customer loyalty based on exceptional product and excellent customer service.

Leadership Development Program

Here are some qualifications for our exciting program:
* College graduate, with a GPA
* Ability to relocate to another city, within 9-12 months after entering the program
* Exhibit leadership skills and be highly self-motivated
* Possess maturity, time management skills, and an
entrepreneurial spirit necessary to function independently in the
field.
* Excellent relational skills to handle a diverse and demanding
customer base
This is a structured development program based out of a regional training center where you will be given exposure to all facets of our stores and sales operations. After 18 months of gaining a solid understanding of our products and customer base, we will work with you to determine if you are best suited for a career in store management or field sales.
The starting salary for this position is $35,000 per year based on a 45 hour work week. Eligibility for commission pay starts after 9 months.
