Our outside sales representative will be responsible for sales, customer service and account management in a defined territory with minimal direct supervision.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through on the street, telephone and internet prospecting. Provide on-going customer service.
• Work with individual clients in developing in determining and implementing effective marketing plans which fulfill their advertising needs.
• Track a variety of data and reports accurately.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction, reaching sales and profit objectives and for managing client collections.

• Desires a highly successful and rewarding sales career.
• Are willing and able to follow instructions.
• Sales experience a potential plus but not necessary.
• Must be independent, industrious, creative, motivated, responsible, honest, driven and competitive.
• Understands that this position requires consistent organized daily prospecting and presenting, organized follow up, closing skills and world class customer service.

• First year earnings for full time reps $36k – $50k
