DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS-KAPLAN COLLEGE-SACRAMENTO CAMPUS

Are you an experienced Proprietary School Admissions Director that is looking for a new challenge? We are currently searching for a high-performing Director to lead our Admissions team.

The selected individual will be responsible for all activities that pertain to the admissions department. This individual will manage the day-to-day performance of the admissions advisors, and the Assistant Director of Admissions as well as achieving key metrics to ensure the success of the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the head of an Admissions Team, you will be responsible for your team meeting Mid-term and quarterly goals

• Preparation of annual performance reviews for all direct reports.
• Responsible for on-going hiring, training, and professional development of their staff
• Partner with Financial Aid and all other departments
• Responsible for various reports to ensure the VP of Admissions is updated as needed.
• Identify team members who are not performing at the expected levels of quality and quantity to meet their goals
• Analyze your team’s statistics to detect positive/negative performance trends
• Work in harmony with our Administrative Department to ensure lead flow is sufficient to meet our needs
• Assist VP of Admissions with special projects
• Provide ongoing management training for Associate Directors of Admission

This is a salaried position with Benefits and a bonus plan based on achieving key performance metrics.
