The Texas School of Business-East Campus has an opening for a Director of Admissions.

The selected individual will be responsible for all activities that pertain to admissions advisors on your team. This individual will manage the day-to-day performance of the admissions advisors, and the Associate Director of Admissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the head of an Admissions Team, you will be responsible for your team meeting Mid-term and quarterly goals
• Preparation of annual performance reviews for the Admissions Advisors and Associate Directors of Admission
• Responsible for on-going hiring, training, and professional development of their staff
• Interacts with Financial Aid and all other departments
• Responsible for various reports to ensure the VP of Admissions is updated as needed.
• Analyze your team’s statistics to detect positive/negative performance trends
• Work individually with all Advisors and Assoc. Directors of Admission to increase the department's overall conversion performance.
• Assist VP of Admissions with special projects
• Provide ongoing management training for Associate Directors of Admission![]()
