It May Not Be Too Late to Register to Get Valuable Advice From "Serial Entrepreneur," Sramana Mitra
Finding an entry level job is tough, especially in the current job market, but imagine what it must be like to start a new business. Starting a business requires a willingness to work long hours and a knowledge of how the world of business operates. To help entrepreneurial novices, Sramana Mitra has decided to hold a "Positioning Strategegy Roundtable" Telepresence Video Conference on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 in eight different locations:
Santa Clara, CA (8 a.m. - 10 a.m.)
Boston, MA (11 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
London, England (4 p.m. [16:00] - 6 p.m. [18:00])
India (8:30 [20:30] - 10:30 [22:30])
During the 2-hour session, entrepreneurs will pitch Mitra their business ideas in 3-minute presentations. She will review the material in real-time and provide feedback on each pitch, as well as address specific positioning questions from each entrepreneur. Afterwards, she will take questions about positioning from other participants.
A maximum of 18 people will be able to attend and participate in-person with Sramana in Santa Clara, California. For the other locations in India, Boston, and London, a maximum of 6 people will be able to attend, so register now. You can find more details and location addresses by following the links above to each registration page.
Anyone who has missed out on this unique event will have another chance to pitch his/her idea to Mitra during her next "Positioning Strategy Roundtable" on September 23,2009 at 8 a.m. Pacific / 11:00 a.m. Eastern / 8:30 p.m. India time. The session will be free and will follow Mitra's usual Roundtable format. Click here for more information about the upcoming event.
To learn even more about the life of an entrepreneur, Mitra's third edition of Entrepreneur Journeys - Positioning: How To Test, Validate, And Bring Your Idea To Market is available as an ebook on Smashwords.
If the hard work and long hours of starting a business sound more appealing than the daily grind of trying to find an entry level job, then a session with Sramana Mitra might be worth a try.
