Previously on our blog we told you how great the job market outlook is for those of you nearing graduation and embarking on your job search. Hopefully we have calmed some of your worries and you are starting to set up interviews and tour facilities with potential employers. I bet you thought no one asked the cliche questions like; "what are your strengths and weaknesses" or "where do you see yourself in 5 years", but they DO and you better be ready to answer. Being prepared for interviews is the best thing you can do to get that job offer right out of school.
