At age 21, I started off as an entry level grave shift desk clerk in a desperate attempt to escape my previous occupation in the food service industry. I had only been here in San Francisco for about 6 months at that time and I didn’t have much experience, so I figured a slow pace job like that would give me a chance to settle down a bit and get my bearings straight at the least.
